Our goals are to opportunistically acquire and redevelop assets that are under-managed, undercapitalized and underperforming in target markets which exhibit favorable conditions. We focus on properties priced at a significant discount to replacement cost and/or distressed or over-leveraged situations. We add strength through entrepreneurial management and efficient deployment of capital improvement funds, which will result in additional rental yield. Bainbridge’s corporate governance and accounting departments provide partners with real-time reporting and financial analysis for each project.
At the same time, we are locating superior development sites for new construction in markets that are supply constrained and have strong rental dynamics. Our construction and development professionals focus on urban infill locations, garden apartment sites and the redevelopment of obsolete, underutilized properties.
