Julie brings more than 20 years to her role as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. She is responsible for providing leadership of Bainbridge’s human resources disciplines, including compensation and HR systems, labor and employee relations, benefits, human resources strategy and compliance with all employee related state and federal regulations.

Julie’s experience with Bainbridge is extensive, serving in multiple roles within the company. She led labor and employee relations, state and federal regulations compliance, and payroll and benefits administration. Her tenure also included providing HR support for acquisitions, dispositions and budget preparation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Potsdam and the University of Seville in Seville, Spain. Today, Julie is an active member of SHRM and HCI.

Prior to joining Bainbridge in 1998, Julie served various roles within the multifamily industry including pre-leasing for new construction, marketing outreach, various accounting functions and assisting the CEO and President of Development.
