The Bainbridge Tampa office will provide property management, investment, construction/renovation and development services to the growing Tampa housing market.
The company already has a strong presence in the region, with properties including Bainbridge at Westshore Marina, Bainbridge Ybor City and Bainbridge Bayside. The Tampa Bay MSA, which includes St. Pete and Clearwater, has reported population growth of 50,000 annually. There is an increasing need for apartments and Bainbridge’s experienced team is prepared to be a resource to the community and its residents, providing first-rate apartment housing and management.
