As a member of the Bainbridge service teams, your mission is to assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the property. Troubleshooting to solve mechanical issues, responding to service requests, and helping with the cleanliness and marketability of the property tops off the duties as a vital player in the property’s ability to succeed. We are looking for team players that can follow safe work practices and in a manner that upholds our excellent reputation for customer service.
Our corporate leaders and support staff provide constant strategic direction for enhancing team member capabilities. The human resources, information technology, marketing, and learning and development departments work daily to establish programs that support overall business goals. Our teams are responsible for research, development, facilitation and administration of projects related to our industry, as well as ensuring that all associates are offered educational opportunities to build skill sets for success in their current positions and prepare them for advancement.
