With over 30 years of comprehensive experience in engineering, development, construction, and property management, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge from both public and private sectors.   He holds several esteemed qualifications, including Certified Professional Facilities Manager, FEMA (CIMS/CERT) Coordinator, OSHA Safety Officer, Journeyman Electrician, and Stationary Engineer. Additionally, he is an active member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Kevin has also received notable accolades such as LEED Silver Certification, The Malcolm Baldridge Award for Quality Management and the "My Building Rocks" award for excellence in federal energy management standards.   In his new position, Kevin will lead capital improvement initiatives, manage facility renovations, and oversee maintenance operations. His focus on operational efficiency, sustainability, and adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance aims to elevate Bainbridge's commitment to providing exceptional living environments.   Beyond his professional pursuits, Kevin volunteers with American Humane, Palm Beach Harvest and Meals on Wheels.  He enjoys golfing, baseball, supporting his Philly sports teams, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.
