Adam brings more than 18 years of experience to his role as Senior Vice President of Development. He is responsible for sourcing and overseeing the execution of all Bainbridge development projects throughout the Carolinas and Southeast Region. Adams’s expertise and focus expands across the North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia Markets.  Throughout his career, Adam has been involved in the origination, financing, development, construction and disposition of more than 2,500 units with a total capitalization in excess of $750 Million.  He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Finance concentration from the University of Michigan, where he graduated Cum Laude.  Adam is a member of the Urban Land Institute. Before joining Bainbridge, Adam was the Managing Director of Development for Waypoint Residential, where he established and led the Charlotte office. Adam began his career working in Acquisitions and Development with Primerica Group One and Ryan Companies.
