Dana brings more than 20-years of experience to her role as President of Property Management. She provides executive leadership and direct oversight of the operations, systems, marketing, training, facilities, recruitment, and capital projects divisions. She oversees the creation and integration of programs while bringing forward trend initiatives to build upon Bainbridge's operations' success. During Dana's presidency, Bainbridge has expanded into multiple new markets, including Texas and Georgia.
She attended The University of South Carolina-College of Journalism. Today, Dana holds the coveted CPM designation through IREM, a LCAM License in the State of Florida and the CAPS designation through NAA. Her dedication to the industry has been demonstrated by both her involvement and leadership roles with multiple apartment associations and serving on IREM's Global Council. She also sits on the advisory board for Florida International University's Women in Leadership program.
Prior to joining Bainbridge in 2017, Dana served as a Founding Member and Executive Vice President for Park Partners Residential where she started the management company, built the operations platform, and directed the company's daily functions.
