Jessica Dinin serves as Vice President of Marketing and Training where she is responsible for implementing and executing strategic marketing plans and other campaigns to achieve performance in line with the company’s and communities’ business plans. With nearly 10 years’ experience and national recognition, Jessica is a skilled leader possessing extensive knowledge among multiple markets in all facets of marketing including branding, reputation management, social media, and digital marketing. Exceeding leasing goals, bettering community performance, and client satisfaction are her number one priorities. Jessica is no stranger to hard work and has been recognized for such as a recipient of NAA’s 20 in their Twenties.

Prior to her role with Bainbridge, Jessica held the position of Marketing Director for Weller, crafting the nationally recognized brand, increasing the department's offerings, and helping the company grow exponentially. Jessica has a well-versed background collaborating with clients and building strategic partnerships to successfully increase engagement/ ROI for a variety of product types, including Conventional (lease up, renovation, mixed-use), Affordable, and Student. She graduated from The University of Central Florida and is involved with the South East Florida Apartment Association. Jessica is also an avid speaker/ presenter (in person and virtually) with local associations and supplier on platforms surrounding marketing and trends within the Multifamily Industry.
