With over 25 years of experience in real estate property management, Jon Chapman brings a strong record of operational excellence and leadership to his role as Vice President of Operations at The Bainbridge Companies. He joined Bainbridge in 2022 as a Regional Manager and has since advanced through leadership roles to his current position.

Jon’s career covers all aspects of property management, including new construction lease-ups, large-scale rehabilitation and repositioning projects, and oversight of diverse portfolios across major markets in Florida, Texas, South Carolina, and Georgia. His expertise includes financial performance, marketing strategy, capital improvements, asset repositioning, and physical asset management.
