Liv Gabrielsen

Vice President, Marketing

As Vice President of Marketing, Liv oversees the strategic planning and execution of Bainbridge’s marketing and branding, both at a corporate and community level.  Her 20 years of marketing and sales experience helps strengthen Bainbridge’s brand presence and reputation as a leading developer, owner and operator of luxury communities that deliver best-in-class, resort style living experiences to residents.

Liv started her career in multifamily as a property manager with Atlantic & Pacific Property Management. After spending three years as an onsite team member, she joined as a sales executive.  In her 10 years at, Liv was in sales, managed national accounts and was a Regional Director overseeing the MidAtlantic and Northeast Regions.  In 2016, Liv shifted her focus on digital marketing working for G/O Digital, a TEGNA digital marketing agency where she was a National Accounts Director assisting large brands create, optimize, and execute their digital marketing strategies.  Prior to joining Bainbridge, Liv was the Director of Client Services with PERQ, a technology firm specializing in artificial intelligence for consumer engagement.  

Liv’s expertise includes digital advertising, search engine optimization, strategic brand development, social channel branding and awareness, consumer engagement and marketing analysis. She attended Florida State University and Nova Southeastern University, where she obtained her MBA
