Nikki Holland serves as Vice President of Operations for Bainbridge.  Nikki brings over 10 years of experience in the multifamily industry to her role. She was hired with Bainbridge 3 years ago as a Regional Manager to open the first 4 Bainbridge developed lease ups in Charlotte, NC. Since then, she has been an integral part of the success at Bainbridge through her involvement in 11 Bainbridge lease ups in the NC and FL markets from pre-construction through stabilization as well as overseeing the renovations and repositioning of stabilized assets.  She prides herself on exceptional financial performance, positive client relations and mentoring and onboarding new regional managers.  Nikki has a master’s degree, bachelor’s degree and currently holds her CAM and CAPS credentials from NAA.
