Residents, guests and partners were greeted with orchid leis fresh from Hawaii to set the tone. Everyone was decked out in white attire to match the coastal, fresh décor of the property. When the lights dimmed, hula dancers and fire dancers moved to the steel drum accompaniment.
Bainbridge’s President of Development – Florida Region, Bob Thollander, addressed the guests, along with the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce.
Local touches were everywhere as 81 Bay Brewing served craft brews to toast the ribbon cutting. Hula Bay catered the event with sushi, pineapple trays and assorted skewers. It was a festive kick off to our elite waterside living community.
