While this year’s Managers’ Retreat was designed to celebrate our amazing company, it also provided an opportunity to give back. We hosted a team building event that allowed us to put our time and talents to good use building bikes for some amazing kids from the Boys and Girls Club of Delray Beach. Just building the bikes and knowing the joy it would bring to these children would have been enough, we were all floored when the children arrived at the Retreat and we were able to give them their new bikes in person! It truly was an impactful and emotional experience for all.
