WELLINGTON, Fla., Jan. 28, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — The Bainbridge Companies (Bainbridge), a leading owner, developer and manager of luxury multifamily communities in the eastern U.S., today announced Laurie Lyons, an accomplished executive with more than 30 years of experience in the apartment industry, has joined its leadership team as Senior Vice President of Business Development.
Lyons will strategically position Bainbridge for the tectonic significant shifts poised to radically reshape the multifamily industry’s approach to design, development and operations. She will work with the team to accelerate innovation and customer experience for both clients and residents. Laurie’s industry tenure and insight will certainly be accretive to our growing third-party management business.
Most recently Lyons served as Director of Asset Management for MIG Real Estate. Before that, she was the Executive Vice President of Client Services for US Residential Group.
Most notably, Lyons was the Co-Founder and CEO of BH Management Services. Under her leadership, the company’s portfolio grew to include more than 47,000 units in 27 states and was included in Multifamily Executive’s Top 50 Management Companies ranking. During this time, she earned the honor of first female CEO to be listed on the National Multifamily Housing Council Top 50 Managers ranking. She has also served as Vice President of Client Services at Cardinal Group Management.
