Chris brings more than 30 years to his role as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He oversees Bainbridge’s financial reporting, business planning and analysis, and corporate operations.

Chris’ experience expands across more than $10 billion of real estate transactions including financing, capital raising, tax structuring, fund accounting and fair market valuations, while managing corporate and fund-led credit facilities, budgeting and forecasting, treasury, and cash management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Prior to joining Bainbridge in 2018, Chris served various roles within the commercial real estate and multifamily industries, including as CFO of Kayne Anderson Real Estate where he oversaw the financial operations of Kayne Anderson Capital’s real estate arm. Previously, he was a Principal of Accounting and Finance at Transwestern Investment Group and CFO of The Milestone Group, where he led the accounting and finance team in a Canadian IPO exceeding $1 billion in assets. He has also held positions as Vice President and Controller at Starwood Capital Group, Westbrook Partners (Rockpoint) and Trammell Crow Companies.
