Heidi brings more than 20 years of real estate and multi-family experience to her role as Vice President of Marketing.  Most recently, she served as Vice President of Operations at Orbit Investments, LLC; prior to that, she was the Senior Vice President of Operations at Southern Land Company, and Senior Vice President of Marketing and Employee Development for The Bainbridge Companies.    

Based in Wellington, FL, as Vice President of Marketing, Heidi will oversee property and corporate marketing initiatives, as well as public relations.  These efforts extend to The Bainbridge Companies’ portfolio of acquisitions, new development assets, and corporate brand identity.  Upon returning to Bainbridge, Heidi’s personal driver as a leader is continuing to foster the Bainbridge culture, and takes great pride in putting our people first.     

In her career, Heidi has overseen diverse portfolios of multifamily, build-to-rent, and mixed-use, across the U.S. Some of Heidi’s areas of expertise include: formulating and executing resolution strategies for underperforming and transitioning assets; identifying asset value creation; all aspects of marketing, such as social media, digital marketing and brand management; along with CRM administration. Heidi holds an MBA from Fitchburg State University.
