Shae brings more than 25 years of experience to her role as Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer.  She is responsible for our property management platform, corporate business development, as well as marketing and training for The Bainbridge Companies. 

Shae’s commercial real estate background includes REITs, JV partnerships and fee-managed platforms.  Prior to joining Bainbridge, she was Executive Vice President of Client Services for a 3rd-party management firm and established them as a recognized NMHC Top 50 Manager.  Shae also spent 7 years with Gables Residential as National Director of Client Services where she oversaw the business development process, third-party operations in Texas, and directed client services initiatives.  Prior to her career in the multi-family industry, Shae was based in London, England as the Head of European Marketing for JCPenney Financial Services and was responsible for their business development and marketing throughout Europe.

Shae has been a member of Forbes Real Estate Council, served on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Dallas, and chaired a variety of events for various non-profit groups.
