Zach Spencer is the Senior Vice President of Development for the Carolinas Region. In this role, Zach manages all aspects of new development, including deal sourcing and executing all new development opportunities in North and South Carolina.

Zach received his MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he was a Michaux Family Fellow. Zach graduated from Virginia Tech’s Myers Lawson School of Construction with a B.S. in Building Construction and a concentration in Real Estate Development. Zach is a member of the UNC Kenan-Flagler Wood Center Academy Advisory Board and the Virginia Tech Blackwood Department of Real Estate Advisory Board and serves on the Asset Management Committee for CASA, an affordable housing non-profit based in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Before joining Bainbridge, Zach was a Senior Director of Development for Greystar, where he established and led the Raleigh office. Zach began his career working in construction project management with Clark Construction in Washington, D.C.
