The Bainbridge Companies celebrates two victories at this year’s 2019 AAGO (Apartment Association of Greater Orlando) Golden Key Awards. After recovering from fire damage, Twelve Oaks at Windermere successfully occupied renovated units, increasing their retention rate while maintaining exceptional overall customer satisfaction and an above-average reputation score. The celebration continued with a second win: Hollie Duran, Property Manager of the Year!
