Michael joins us with over 25 years in the development and construction business.  Michael is responsible for development for the Southeast Florida region for Bainbridge.  He has spent the last 10 years with companies based in South Florida focused on development. Over his career, he has worked in many areas of real estate related to development, construction, and engineering.    

Michael is a graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in construction engineering.  He is a member of, or affiliated with, the Urban Land Institute, the Association of Commercial Real Estate Executives, and the Project Management Institute, as well as being a Licensed Florida General Contractor.
