Fred Maldonado

Vice President, Facilities and Capital

Fred brings more than 20 years of experience to his role of Vice President, Facilities and Capital. He is responsible for oversight of all areas of facilities, capital projects and renovations, to include developing systems and training programs, and cultivating maintenance career paths within Bainbridge.

In his tenured career, Fred has specialized in new construction, multifamily lease up developments, renovations, and due diligence inspections. Prior to joining The Bainbridge Companies, Fred was the Director of Facilities for Advenir Living, and prior to that, he was a Regional Service Manager for RMI Companies.

His experience and perspectives gained throughout his career from working in service management positions both on site and in corporate environments allows Fred to bring a panoramic lens, and a deep understanding of the many complexities surrounding Facilities and Capital sectors, crucial to the success of our assets.

Fred studied at the University of Central Florida, is a member of AAGO, and is licensed with the State of Florida in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, as well as holding a CAMT, CFC/EPA Universal certification, and is accredited to teach and administer EPA certifications, CPO and boiler certifications. Fred’s passion is to foster internal growth through training and through the Bainbridge ‘Pathway to Promotion’, contributing first hand to the Bainbridge culture and putting our people first.
