Vice President, Systems & Integrations

As Vice President of Systems, OJ oversees the software implementation and integration for all acquisitions, dispositions, and takeovers in addition to leading the software support team for Bainbridge Property Management. With 15 years of accounting and systems experience in the multi-family industry, he has worked with many different property management software providers and has successfully built, administered, and maintained systems across multiple platforms.

OJ started his career in multifamily as a property accountant with The Altman Companies. He spent 10+ years working as a property accountant, asset management accountant, and then assistant controller overseeing the accounting staff. In between these years, he also spent a year in the development accounting department learning a different side of the multi-family business. In 2017, after years of growing in the ranks of accounting, he transitioned to overseeing the software implementation and support department utilizing his accounting, operations, and technical skillset. He implemented, managed, and oversaw the property management software initiatives, product rollouts and strategies for the company

OJ’s expertise includes property management accounting, software administration, implementation, integration, acquisitions, and dispositions. He attended Florida Atlantic University with a major in accounting.
